 A brand-new feature is the ability to access client forms for those clients recently viewed in a “quick list”, allowing users to shorten the time to retrieve and update records.  The “smart” queue builds automatically for each user as they access different clients.  The last 10 clients will always be preserved each time a user accesses the system.
  

12.  Security –Trimmed User Interface
 

New in Visions Foundation v15 are security trimmed menus to help users see only what their credentials allow.  Upon login, one user may see a different set of menus than the next.  The menus are built dynamically (depending on the role of each user) to remove menu items that aren’t needed or used.
